Org. Chairperson

Dear Colleagues,
Perched in the heart of the Nilgiri Hills, Ooty (Udhagamandalam) has long occupied a position of retreat, reection, and renewal. Historically
developed as a centre for administration and education,it served as a summer capital and a meeting ground for scholars, planners, and thinkers
seeking clarity away from mundane. Its enduring calm atmosphere, thoughtfully planned townscape, and rich ecology—marked by ancient forests,
tea estates, and one of India’s earliest botanical gardens—dene Ooty’s lasting signicance.Shaped by time rather than haste, Ooty offers more than
scenic beauty; it provides an environment historically aligned with learning, measured deliberation, and meaningful exchange, making it a
Benchmark for rigorous scientic discourse and thoughtful clinical reasoning.
It is in this rare conuence of elevation and introspection that we are honoured to host the 10th Clinicon 2026, on the 17th-19th of April 2026, a
milestone edition that symbolizes the continued ascent of clinical dermatology as a discipline rooted in observation, critical reasoning, and evidencebased practice. This tenth edition marks not merely a continuation, but an elevation—advancing clinical dermatology to higher planes of precision,
relevance, and scholarly engagement.
Clinicon 2026 is meticulously structured to address the evolving complexity of dermatological practice. The scientic program emphasizes:Advanced
clinical problem-solving, Translational insights bridging research and bedside practice, Nuanced therapeutic decision-making in complex and
refractory dermatoses, Integration of emerging technologies without dilution of clinical fundamentals.
Through focused lectures, expert panel discussions, and curated workshops, the conference aims to sharpen diagnostic acumen, rene management
strategies, and stimulate critical appraisal among clinicians at every stage of practice.
Set against the contemplative backdrop of Ooty, the conference provides a platform where ideas mature, perspectives broaden, and professional
relationships deepen. The balance between intensive academics and mindful rejuvenation ensures that learning remains immersive, engaging, and
enduring.
On behalf of the organizing committee, we extend a sincere and scholarly invitation to join us for this landmark academic gathering. We invite you to
contribute, deliberate, and evolve with us—at a conference where clinical dermatology is not only discussed, but thoughtfully advanced.
We look forward to welcoming you all to 10th Clinicon 2026, where altitude meets aptitude, and clinical excellence nds new expression.
